Pool Manager
Aquatic-Marine, LLC’s Pool Management Division provides pool management services throughout Delaware and Maryland. We require our pool managers to be mature, team-oriented men and women capable of handling a variety of situations in sometimes adverse conditions with competence and professionalism.
Job Requirements
Pool Managers are required to have current American Red Cross Certification in Lifeguarding, First Aid and CPR for the Professional Rescuer. If you do not have current certification contact us for our next training and certification class. Pool Managers are also required to possess current designation as a Certified Pool Operator (CPO). All applicants will be required to pass a drug screening test.
Job Description and Compensation
Position Summary: The Pool Manager provides supervision of all staff and management of all facility operations.
Job Responsibilities: Supervises all lifeguards and staff, manages all day to day operations of the aquatics facility, maintains excellent community relations, enforces rules and regulations, provides emergency medical assistance, performs water rescues, performs maintenance such as vacuuming, backwashing and water testing, maintains all pool equipment, writes incident reports and performs other duties as assigned.
Compensation: $12.00 per hour; 40 hours per week. We pay time and a half for all hours worked past 40 and an end of season bonus of up to $500 based upon length of service and job performance.
