SEAdventures Kids Camp

SEAdventures Kids Camp is a water oriented day camp that teaches young people about boating safety, water safety and the marine environment.

What your kids will learn:

Boat Handling
Navigation
Seamanship
Water Rescue
Marine Ecology

What your kids will do:

Drive the boat
Set a course and navigate the boat using Coastal Piloting and Electronic Navigation
Perform mock water rescues
Learn about the Marine Environment

Kids Camp also enables campers to earn certifications in Basic Water Rescue from the American Red Cross, Boating Safety from the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (required of anyone born on or after January 1, 1978 to operate a registered vessel upon state waters) and Marine Ecology from the Center of the Inland Bays. To receive State of Delaware Boating Safety Certification campers must pass the Delaware Boating Safety written examination.

Fees, Registration and Information

SEAdventures Kids Camp offers one and two day sessions for children ages 10 to 12 and 13 to 15. Each session is from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Kids camp is $70 per camper per one day session. Two or more sessions are $65 per camper.
